Swimming Facilities Policies and Terms & Conditions

By entering the swimming facilities at Miracle Hot Springs or making reservations with us, guests agree to abide by these policies and terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the premises without refund.

1. General Rules and Safety Guidelines:

a. All guests using the swimming facilities must adhere to the posted rules and regulations.

b. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

c. Proper swimwear is required in all pools. Inappropriate attire is not allowed.

d. No running or horseplay is allowed.

e. Glass containers, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

f. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted. 

g. Guests with open wounds or contagious illnesses are not allowed in the pools.

h. Lifeguards are not on duty. Guests are responsible for their own swimming abilities and behavior.

l. Audio devices must be used at a volume that does not disturb other guests. 

2. Pool Hours:

a. The swimming facilities are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Thursday. The swimming facilities are open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. 

b. Please check the resort's website for any special events or pool maintenance closures.

3. General Swim and Private Pool Reservations:

a. Private pool reservations must be made in advance, subject to availability.

b. A credit card on file is required to secure private pool appointments.

c. If you need to cancel your appointment on the same day as the scheduled appointment a cancellation fee of $10 will apply. 

d. In the event that you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice of cancellation, the appointments total price will be charged.

e. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent bookings. Full charges will apply. 

4. Pool Maintenance:

a. Pools may periodically close for maintenance and cleaning. The resort will make every effort to notify guests in advance.

5. Food and Beverages:

a. Food is not allowed in or around the pool. Non-alcoholic beverages in non-glass containers may be consumed in or around the pool

b. Please dispose of trash in the provided receptacles.

6. Health and Hygiene:

a. Guests must shower before entering the pools.

b. Swim diapers are required for all infants and are available at the office. 

c. Guests experiencing any discomfort, illness, or digestive issues should exit the pools immediately.

7. Personal Belongings:

a. The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

b. Please do not leave personal belongings unattended.

8. Code of Conduct:

a. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment, loud or disruptive conduct, and offensive language, will not be tolerated.

b. Any violation of these policies may result in removal from the premises without refund.

9. Liability:

a. By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they are aware of the inherent risks associated with swimming and use the facilities at their own risk.

10. Emergency Procedures:

a. In the event of an emergency, please follow employee instructions and evacuate the pool immediately.

11. Compliance with Laws:

a. All guests must comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations while on resort property.

12. Feedback and Concerns:

13. Changes to Policies:

a. The resort reserves the right to modify these policies and terms and conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on-site and on the resort's website.

 

Massage Terms and Conditions

1. General Rules and Safety Guidelines:

a. Please do not book a massage if you have cold or flu-like symptoms.

b. Masks are available for guests upon request. 

c. Consent for Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must have the signed consent of a parent or guardian to receive massage therapy services. A consent form will be provided and must be completed and signed before the first session.

d. Accompaniment: Minors under the age of 16 are required to have a parent or guardian present in the room during the massage. 

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

a. If you need to cancel your appointment on the same day as the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointments total price will apply. 

b. In the event that you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice of cancellation, the appointment’s total price will apply. 

3. Access To Pool Facilities:

a. Booking a massage does not include access to swimming and private pools. Access to swimming and private pools must be done by reservation. 

 

Lodging/Camping Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation:

a. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years old. Valid photo identification may be requested at check-in. 

b. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Upon receiving your booking and payment, you will be emailed a confirmation with your booking details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

2. Payment and Cancellation Policy

a. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods. Unfortunately, as bookings for our overnight accommodations are handled separately, Miracle Hot Springs soaking gift cards cannot be used for overnight accommodations. 

b. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover our incurred booking and credit card processing fees. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded. No-shows or early departures will not be refunded. 

3. Check-in and Check-out:

a. Check-in for domes and Park Home: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. 

b. Check-out for domes and Park Home: By 11:00AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges. 

c. Check-in for camping and RV: From 1:00 PM on the day of arrival. 

d. Check-out for camping and RV: By 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

e. Check-in and check-out must be done in-person at the front office during business hours. 

4. Accommodations:

a. Our resort offers a variety of accommodations, including glamping domes, our Park Home, RV parking, and camp spots. Each accommodation type has specific amenities and restrictions detailed on our site. 

b. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy rules for each accommodation type must be adhered to. Additional charges may apply for extra guests if permitted. 

c. Stay length: Stays in our overnight accommodations are limited to 7 consecutive nights. 

d. At departure the rental unit is to be left in a reasonably clean condition. If a rental unit is in an unreasonably filthy condition, a pet has occupied a unit not designated as pet-friendly, or smoke in a rental room, we may charge your card for the cost to professionally clean the rental unit ($250 minimum). 

5. Resort Rules and Regulations:

a. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests during those times. 

b. Pets are not allowed in the glamping domes, Park Home, or swimming area. Pets are allowed within the RV park and camping area. We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times and that you clean up after your pet. Pets may not be left unattended. Excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund. 

c. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all accommodations and public areas.

d. Facilities Use: Guests staying in the glamping domes and Park Home receive complimentary access to the pool facilities and up to an 1.5 hour private pool reservation each day of their stay. Guests staying in the RV park and camping area must purchase access to the pool facilities separately. 

e. Fires: Fires must be in fire pits or designated fire rings. 

f. Parking: Park in designated site parking only. Each RV site is limited to 1 RV or 1 trailer and 1 vehicle, and each single tent site is limited to 1 car per site. Additional parking is available above the campground. 

6. Liability and Safety 

a. Property damage: Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the accommodation or resort facilities during their stay. Charges for damages may be applied. These include but are not limited to lost key(s), damaged appliances, remotes, furniture, dishes, writing on walls or bedding, and ripped or torn mattresses and covers. 

b. Liability: The resort is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests' property during their stay, except to the extent that such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the resort's negligence.

Membership Payment Agreement

1. Member Benefits: Miracle Hot Springs agrees to provide the Member(s) with access to the general facilities limited to two visits per month for two people, with a 1.5 hour private pool session during each visit. Visits must be made Monday-Thursday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Members are granted two free towel rentals and two free water bottles per visit. 

2. Payment Terms: 

a. Memberships Fee: $55 per month plus tax.

b. Initiation Fee: A one-time $30 initiation fee will be charged at the time of purchase. 

c. Freeze Membership: Memberships can be frozen with 30-day advance notice for a fee of $5 per month plus tax. Frozen memberships can be started again without the one-time payment of the $30 initiation fee. 

d. Payment Due Date: Payments are due on the same date monthly from the time of the initiation of the membership plan.

e. Method of Payment: Payments shall be made by [credit or debit card] as agreed upon by Miracle Hot Springs and the Member(s).

3. Term and Renewal

a. This Agreement commences of the date of initiation and shall continue on a month-to-month basis. 

b. Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice to the other party.

c. The Agreement will automatically renew each month unless terminated by either party as per the terms mentioned above.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

a. Members must cancel or reschedule a booked session before the day of the appointment. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the session without refund. 

b. No-shows will be counted as one of the monthly visits.

5. Rules and Regulations:

a. Members agree to abide by all pool rules and regulations. Failure to comply with Miracle Hot Springs’ policies may result in termination of the membership.

b. Miracle Hot Springs reserve the right to amend the rules and regulations, with notice provided to the Member(s). 

c. Liability Waiver: The Member(s) acknowledge(s) that the use of Miracle Hot Springs’ facilities may involve risk. By entering into this Agreement, the Member(s) agree(s) to release Miracle Hot Springs from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to any injury or harm while using the Miracle Hot Springs facilities.

6. Entire Agreement:This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
